Buyer Beware: It seems really silly to have to remind everybody of this statement, but more and more I am finding that buyers are simply not doing their homework. When you are purchasing parts and antiques such as this, please remember to do your research as well as asking questions on the item you are interested in. Don’t forget to ask if there are any cracks, breaks, and welds. Sometimes for a seller such as myself, if we don’t know the engine well, such things are very hard to find. Especially if there was a paint restoration done by a previous owner. We make every attempt to describe things to the best of our ability, but we still wont know the whole story of the engine or part unless we completely go through it. This is why I always state AS IS and ask your questions before purchase. My associates and I want to go through life making friends and colleagues, not enemies.
Terms of sale: Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept paypal, cashiers cheque, money orders from a registered bank, and Visa. Personal cheques must be agreed to in advance. All sales are final unless agreed to in writing. Shipping is the full responsibity of the purchaser, we will crate for a small fee. We make full disclosure as to the condition of the items upon request, however, due to the items age and history we make take no responsibility for errors or omissions which may occur. Ask your questions before purchasing. Upon full payment the title to the item transfers to the buyer. In this respect, please ensure that you have apropriate insurance coverage for it while in storage and transport. Certain marked items are being sold on commision. We are not responsible for any errors and omissions which may occur via such third party sales.
